Branding and Customization Overview

Overview

RedFlag gives you the tools to align your communication experience with your organization’s brand. From logos and colors to sender details and app experience, branding and customization options help ensure your alerts look and feel like they’re coming from you—not a third party.

What Can Be Customized?

Platform Logo

• Replace the RedFlag logo displayed in the admin portal header with your organization’s logo.

Message From Name

• Set a pre-populated Sender Name for all messages, or customize per message as needed.

International Messaging Countries

• If international messaging is enabled, specify the countries your location can send to.

Voice Call Greeting

• Set a custom default voice call greeting to play before message content for a consistent, branded tone.

Default Channels

• Customize the default delivery channels that are selected when composing a message or creating a template.

 Preset Text Message

• Set a custom default text message for messages using Acknowledgement or Polling, with the option to override per message.

Expiry Message

• Customize the default message shown when a response link has expired (for Acknowledgement or Polling messages).

Email Template and Domain Customization

• Email domain
• Subject Line
• From Name (e.g., “ABC Safety Team”)
• From Email Address (if using a custom domain)
• Banner Image / Logo
• Colors and Fonts
• Unsubscribe Preferences

🛡️ Note: Custom domains must be authenticated before use.

Message Templates

• Create reusable templates with preset:
  • Subject lines
  • Message content
  • Channel selections
• Organize templates into color-coded folders
• Mark frequently used templates as Favorites
• Control access by username
