User Profile


📍 To access your Profile, go to: User Profile

Viewing Your User Profile 

  • On Desktop: Click the dropdown next to your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
  • On Mobile: Tap your initials in the top-right corner and select Profile.

Personal Information

You can update your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number here.

  • The phone number listed here is used for internal contact purposes only.
    • This number is not linked to a recipient profile
    • It will not receive broadcast messages
    • It is not used for system notifications
    • It is not used for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
    • This field is for administrative or account-related contact only.

2FA

You can update your 2FA Mobile Number here. 

  • The 2FA Mobile Number is used specifically for login verification.
    • This number receives one-time verification codes during login when SMS is selected as the verification method
    • Only one mobile number can be registered per user account
    • The number must be from a supported country (if a country does not appear in the dropdown, SMS 2FA is not available)
       

2FA Mobile Number Update

  • If you update your 2FA mobile number:
    • A verification code will be sent to the new number
    • You must enter the code to confirm the change
    • Once verified, the new number will be used for future SMS-based 2FA logins

🛡️ Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), or if you use biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID) in the RedFlag mobile app, you may not be prompted for 2FA at login.

Language Settings

  • The default platform language is English, with options to switch to French, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  • Changing the language updates the entire platform interface.

Password Management

🛡️ Note: Password updates apply to standard users only. SSO users manage passwords through their SSO provider.

  • You can update your password if you meet the validation requirements.
  • Your current password is required to reset it.
     

Password Requirements

Your password must include: 

✔️ At least 8 characters
✔️ One uppercase letter (A-Z)
✔️ One lowercase letter (a-z)
✔️ One number (0-9)
✔️ One special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * - ? ` ~ , < . > / ; : ' " [ { ] } \ | = + _ )

Conference Bridge

The Conference Bridge feature allows users to insert meeting details into messages, similar to a meeting invite.

Setup Options

  • A Conference Link URL can be added with or without a Conference ID.
  • If using a Conference Phone, a Conference ID is required.

How It Works

  • If a conference bridge is saved in your profile, it will automatically prepopulate when inserting a conference bridge in Create Message or Create Template.
  • If no conference bridge is saved, you can manually insert details on a per-message basis or add a new bridge instead of the saved one.

Additional Features

Editors

  • Editors can view which Groups they have access to.
     

Chat Enabled Users

  • Chat-enabled users can see which Chat Inboxes they have access to.

Limitations 

Note: Limitations apply to standard users only. SSO users are managed through their SSO provider.

Email Addresses 

  • Email addresses (used as usernames) cannot be changed through the profile.
  • To update an email address, the user must be removed under More > Users and then re-added with the new email.
     

User Roles 

User roles cannot be changed from the profile.

  • To modify a user’s role, go to More > Users.
  • A user cannot change their own role. A user with the same or higher role level must make the update.
