RedFlag Notifications: Opting In and Out via the RedFlag App

1. Log in to the RedFlag app

• Verification code will be required

2. Opting Out

• Go to the profile section
• View registered phone number and email for notifications
• Click on the green "opt in" icon
• Confirm the opt-out action
• Update to opt out of email notifications
• Repeat the process for opting out of text messages
• Save settings to successfully opt out

3. Opting Back In

• Repeat the same process as opting out
• Click on the icon to opt back in
• Confirm the action
• Update to opt back in for email and text notifications
• Save settings to successfully opt back in
