Desktop Alert Message Design Customization

Overview
Personalize the visual style of desktop alert messages sent through the RedFlag Desktop App. You can customize the logo, colors, and fonts to reflect your organization’s brand and enhance the impact of each alert.
Effective design not only aligns with your brand but also ensures that messages are easy to read and quickly capture attention to prompt immediate action.
Design Customization
Logo
- Upload your organization’s logo to replace the default RedFlag logo.
- Accepted formats:
.jpgor.png - Maximum file size: 2 MB
- Recommended size: 225px x 65px or smaller at 72dpi resolution
Logo Ribbon Background Color
Choose the background color of the area behind your logo to match your brand.
Primary Color
Select the color used for:
- Headline font
- Polling option text
- Acknowledgement button background
Button Font Color
Select the font color used for:
- Polling response buttons
- Close buttons
Headline & Button Font Type
Choose the font used for:
- Headline text
- Button copy
Body Font Color
Set the font color used for the message body content.
Body Font Type
Choose the font for the body text in your desktop message.
Message Preview
A live preview displays how your desktop alert will appear with the selected customizations. Adjust your design settings and view changes in real time.
Once you're satisfied:
- Click Save to apply your changes
- Click Reset to Default to restore RedFlag’s original styling
