Contact Card


📍 To access Contact Card, go to: More > Setup > Contact Card

Overview

The Contact Card allows recipients to quickly save your organization’s contact information directly to their phone.

When attached to a message, recipients can download the file and add your organization as a saved contact — ensuring your verified email, text, and voice numbers are stored correctly.

This helps:

  • Improve message recognition
  • Reduce confusion about who is sending notifications
  • Ensure recipients can easily reach your organization

Enter Your Organization Details

Complete the fields with your company information:

  • Business Name
  • Website URL
  • Support Email
  • Support Phone Number (optional)
  • Address (Street, City, State, Zip)

Your configured Sending Email Address, Text Number, and Voice Call Number will automatically populate based on your location settings.

🛡️ Note: If Email, Text, or Voice is not enabled or configured for your location, that channel will appear blank on the Contact Card.

To personalize your Contact Card:

  1. Click the logo area
  2. Upload your company logo
  3. Click Save

Your logo will appear when recipients download and view the contact card.

Logo Specifications

To ensure compatibility across devices, please follow these guidelines:

  • Maximum file size: 224 KB – 256 KB
  • Recommended dimensions: 256 × 256 pixels
  • Supported file types: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP

For broader compatibility (especially on older systems):

  • Keep the image under 8 KB
  • Use dimensions close to 96 × 96 pixels

Using a square image with minimal padding will produce the best results.

Download and Share the Contact Card

Once your information is complete:

  1. Click Download Contact Card
  2. Attach the downloaded file to your message

Recipients can open the file and save your organization directly into their phone contacts.
