Request a New International Country

If a country you need is not listed, please email support@redflaghub.com. Our team will investigate whether we can support messaging to that country. If approved, it will be added to the selection list for future use.

Sending Text Messages to International Countries

When sending text messages outside the United States, delivery is not guaranteed. Each country has its own carrier rules, regulations, and restrictions that may impact whether messages are delivered successfully.

Supported Defaults

  • Canada – Messages are sent from a default Toll-Free Number (TFN).
  • Puerto Rico – Messages are sent from a default TFN.
  • Ireland – Messages are sent from a dedicated Ireland phone number.
  • All Other International Countries – Messages are sent using a jersey U.K. (+44) number. Some carriers may deliver directly from this number, while others may reroute and deliver from a dedicated local number or shortcode.

Country-Specific Requirements

Some countries impose additional restrictions before messages can be delivered. These may include:

  • Having a registered local business entity in the country.
  • Requiring a local resident or end user to authorize or register messaging traffic.
  • Restrictions on including links or specific content within messages.

Because these requirements vary, RedFlag cannot guarantee acceptance or delivery of international messages.

🛡️ Note: Regulations are subject to change by each country’s carriers at any time. For critical communications, we recommend confirming local requirements and considering alternative delivery channels (e.g., email, Microsoft Teams, desktop takeover, or mobile app push notifications).
